VIVA Bahrain and Kuwait Finance House - Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain) have entered into a definitive agreement whereby VIVA Bahrain will acquire the 100% share in Menatelecom, the internet service provider, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of KFH-Bahrain. The parties intend to complete the transaction in early January 2018.

Mr. Sultan made the remarks during a keynote presentation he delivered at the 9th edition of the Telecom Review Leaders’ Summit from 6-7 December.
