Noreen Nasralla, Group Senior Vice President, Brand and Marcomms at e& (Etisalat UAE) has won the title of Asia's Power Leader in Marketing & Communications 2022 from the UAE. White Page International — a global consulting firm featured Noreen as one of the Top 100 Leaders of Asia (South East Asia, Middle East and Indian Sub Continent) in Marketing & Communications.

Responding to the winning of the prestigious title, Noreen said, “It’s truly an honor to be recognized by White Page International among Asia’s top 100 powerful leaders in marketing and communication for the year 2022. This appreciation goes back to the efforts of all the different brands and communication teams that I have worked with at e& as well as with my previous employers also. Congratulations to all the winners for the great work and innovation that led to making a difference and setting new benchmarks in a highly competitive world.” 

Noreen joined e& as Senior Vice President, Brand and Communications in 2021 to drive the brand’s communication strategy. Etisalat Group changed its brand identity to e&, effective from 23 February 2022. Under the Make Possible tag line, Noreen’s extensive marketing, communication and brand experience encompassing brand management and strategic planning – both traditional and digital – has been instrumental in e&'s brand transformation under the e& international, e&life, e&enterprise and e& capital brands. Her expertise has provided a powerful, creative and distinctive perspective in successfully conveying the e& brand purpose across the group’s operating markets and relevant stakeholders.  Earlier this year, Etisalat was ranked world’s strongest and most valuable telecom brand.

Noreen has also overseen rebranding initiatives such as etisalat by e&, e&Money, etisalat by e& in Egypt and various other product and service launches including GoChatMessenger, among others.

Noreen boasts 22 years of experience in corporate marketing and communications, working with conglomerates across the real estate field in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in both the public and private sectors. She is also among a handful of women in a predominantly male-dominated industry to take a seat at the executive table in various leadership roles. In recognition, Noreen was nominated for Emirates Women Award in 2018 as well as for Best Marketeer of the year by Effies Awards in 2014.

Before joining e&, Noreen served as the Media Advisor at the Department of Municipalities and Transport. She has been instrumental in aligning and contributing to the leadership’s vision in JAFZA, Nakheel, Dubai Holding, Dubai Properties Group and Al Futtaim Group, and Modon, where she was responsible for various senior management positions to drive the communication strategies of the organizations.

She is also the co-author of Passionate Hoteliers, a book published in honor of her late father, Abdin Nasralla, a highly respected and renowned hospitality figure in Dubai. Additionally, she is a passionate runner aiming to raise awareness about heart disease. Noreen has been recognized by her colleagues as being knowledgeable, articulate, personable and team-oriented when it comes to delivering great results.  Nasralla holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the American University of Cairo and a Harvard Business School certification on “Disruptive Strategies”.
