E-Marine, the leader in providing turnkey solutions for submarine cabling, concluded its participation as the strategic partner at the recently held International Cables Conference, a regional platform that gathered OTTs and carriers to discuss how to create synergies and best practices for cable laying, protection, commissioning and maintenance.

This focused event was held in Dubai for the first time due to the increasing demand for higher network capacity; carriers have been implementing new projects to meet their customers demand. OTTs on the other hand have also started investing in submarine networks in order to meet increasing bandwidth demands by its customers. International connectivity has become crucial now more than ever before.

Omar Jassim Bin Kalban, managing director and chief executive officer, E-marine said: "E-Marine has continuously invested in building our communications infrastructure and solutions. This event was a great opportunity to network with our industry peers and understand growing requirements of customers worldwide."

E-Marine is the trusted principal provider of submarine cable solutions in the Middle East. It was integral for E-Marine to participate at the first regional event as a pioneer in the industry and to raise awareness on its expertise and communications infrastructure in the region.
